ART - ALPHA RIB TECHNOLOGY
A hidden rib structure strengthens the hollow rim, distributing lateral forces without distorting its shape. This significantly increases stiffness and allows the spokes to bond directly into the ribs with maximum efficiency. The result is a lightweight construction that remains stable even under heavy load.
RIM-TO-RIM MONOCOQUE PRECISION
Unlike hybrid models, Lightweight wheels are made entirely from carbon, including the spokes, creating a monocoque construction formed in a single mold. This design resists twisting under pressure, transferring power with precision and delivering an exceptionally responsive ride.
With Rim-to-Rim construction, each carbon spoke runs in one continuous line from rim to rim, crossing over the hub. It provides outstanding torsional and lateral stiffness, handling up to 1,800 kg of tension with three times the stiffness of steel. Firmly laminated into both hub and rim, the spokes resist deformation, enhance propulsion, and ensure long-lasting performance with minimal fatigue.
AERODYNAMICS
Computational Fluid Dynamics, Design of Experiments, and wind tunnel testing, each element is developed to reduce drag while maintaining control in crosswinds. LCC Carbon
Not all carbon is created equal. Lightweight Custom Composite Carbon is our proprietary material, engineered to meet the highest standards of performance. By combining ultra-thin prepregs with advanced fiber types, it enables thinner walls, greater stiffness and lower weight without sacrificing strength or safety.
