We provide the statutory warranty for material and workmanship on all Lightweight products. Within this period, we will replace defective products at no cost to the user.
The liability period begins with the initial purchase of the corresponding Lightweight product and is not transferable.
Our liability does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper modifications, negligence or improper handling and use.
Our liability is also excluded if repairs or other interventions on Lightweight products were carried out by persons not authorized by us. Furthermore, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the above paragraphs.
In addition to the statutory warranty, we offer a free extension of the warranty on materials and workmanship in the form of a manufacturer's guarantee for a total of five years on all disc-braked wheels purchased from July 1, 2020.
The manufacturer's warranty begins on the day after the statutory warranty period expires and ends five years after the date of purchase of the Lightweight product. The manufacturer's warranty is limited to the initial purchase and is non-transferable.
Our manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, improper modifications, negligence, or improper handling and use, as well as wear parts such as ball bearings. Our warranty is also excluded if repairs or other modifications to Lightweight products were performed by unauthorized persons. Furthermore, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the above paragraphs.
