Registration
With the registration of your Lightweight product (except Lightweight EDELHELFER - bottle holder) you can be sure of our help in case of damage or loss. To do so, you simply need to register your product on our website. Register with your 10-digit, individual chip number and we will be able to help you with any questions you may have.
Wheel protection
Especially during a race, your bike can be damaged quickly, but this is not covered by insurance. Get protection for your Lightweight wheels.
In order to claim Lightweight wheel protection, warranty or crash replacement, you must first register within 5 days after purchasing the wheels from an authorized dealer in your country of residence or directly from carbovation GmbH.
Below you can register and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Please do not forget to send a copy of the invoice and always keep the original in a safe place.
With the Lightweight Wheel Protector you can protect your wheels against damage - for only 225,- €* per wheel. The wheel protector can only be used after full payment has been received and the wheel protector regulations have been approved.
With the wheel protection you extend your claims and enjoy the advantages of a free repair service. In case of an irreparable damage we will exchange the complete wheel for only 200,- €. The term of the wheel protection is 3 years from the date of application (plus processing time). The application automatically includes a registration.
