Registration
With the registration of your Lightweight product (except Lightweight EDELHELFER - bottle holder) you can be sure of our help in case of damage or loss. To do so, you simply need to register your product on our website. Register with your 10-digit, individual chip number and we will be able to help you with any questions you may have.
Wheel protection
During a race, damage to your wheel can quickly occur that is not covered by insurance. Protect your Lightweight wheels with our wheel protection.
To take advantage of Lightweight wheel protection, warranty or crash replacement, you must register within 5 days of purchasing the wheels. Your authorized dealer will be happy to help you.
Register here and receive confirmation by email. Don't forget to send a copy of the invoice and keep the original in a safe place.
With the Lightweight wheel protection, you can protect your wheels against damage. Choose between three different models:
- 1-year term: 90€* per wheel
- 3-year term: 240€* per wheel
- 5-year term: 325€* per wheel
With wheel protection, you extend your warranty claims and benefit from free repair processing. In the event of irreparable damage, we will replace the entire wheel for a deductible of €250 per wheel, to be paid separately by the customer. The wheel protection is valid for the selected term from the date of application (plus processing time) and automatically includes registration.
The protection can only be claimed after full payment and agreement to the wheel protection provisions.
