By participating in the Cycling Wheel Demo Program (“Program”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Voluntary Participation
   I am voluntarily participating in the Program and understand that cycling and the use of cycling equipment involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, mechanical failures, and physical injury.
2. Condition of Equipment
   I understand that the demo wheels are provided “as is” and may have been used previously. I agree to inspect the equipment before use and report any damages immediately.
3. Release of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Program organizer, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to my participation in the Program.
4. Responsibility for Damages
   I agree to return the demo equipment in the same condition as provided, allowing for normal wear and tear. I acknowledge that I may be responsible for repair or replacement costs arising from misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
5. Fitness to Participate
   I confirm that I am physically capable of cycling and using the equipment safely, and I have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe.
6. Compliance With Instructions
   I agree to follow all instructions provided by the Program organizer and to use the demo equipment only for its intended purpose.
